SHIPPING POLICY

At Cover It Down, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies. If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional COD charge of ₹99 will be added to your order total, regardless of order value.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. We ship exclusively through reliable domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post, in line with standard delivery timelines.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days to metro areas. For remote locations, delivery may take up to 3–4 business days. While we aim to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal services beyond our control.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Once dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID.

Please note that any shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
