EXCHANGE POLICY


At Cover It Down, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Currently, we only accept exchange requests in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.

To initiate an exchange, customers must email us at support@coveritdown.com within 7 days of the order being shipped, along with a 10-second video clearly showing the issue. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

If the exact item is out of stock, customers may choose from the following options:
• Replace the item with another product of the same value
• Pay the difference for a higher-value item
• Opt for a full refund, if no suitable replacement is available

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email. If the product meets our return conditions, we will process your exchange or refund within 24 hours, and any replacement item will be shipped within 48 hours.

Please note that items purchased during a sale or promotion may not be eligible for exchange.
